Dalia Gesser of Compact Theatre, a theatre arts/educator, specializes in workshops & classes for children, adults, seniors and intellectually challenged.
Dalia runs 'Story Sharing’ programs for adults and seniors. She reads some of her published works, regaling the audience with humorous anecdotes about friends, relationships, quirky family members and invites audience/participants to share their life experiences. These sessions are carried out through conference calls, zoom or in-person.
Some of Dalia's published non-fictions stories can be found in the well known series 'Chicken Soup for the Soul' as well as 'Kingston Life', 'Vista' and 'Montreal Writes' magazines.
Her style of theatre is unique to the Kingston Region as she does not use scripts or written stories but fosters participants' imaginations, their interest in learning, and their sense of play.
